With the added pleasure of dining outside on the aft deck of your boat, the culinary experience can be a memorable part of your yacht charter. Your first class talented  cook on board will serve dishes to have you lingering over meals, determined to discover the secret ingredients.
Tailor-Made Exclusive Menu, which means; starting a day with breakfast with champagne and throughout the day you will be served mostly Mediterranian sea foods and fresh fish and completing with seasonal fruits and traditional famous desserts. All kind of soft drinks besides local and imported drinks  according to guests preferences and wishes are included in the price.

All Included :
Your day will start with traditional Turkish breakfast, consisting of white cheese, olives, slices of cucumber and tomato, eggs, honey and jam. Bread is a particular treat-freshly baked every day. Lunch is next in line. Throughout the day you will also be served tea and coffee . Tea / coffee times served with cookies and/or some pastry, traditional Turkish 'börek'.
Dinners;  commence with 'mezes' or starters.Main courses are lamb, beef, chicken  and fresh fish based. Rice & nuddles often accompanies main courses, and salad tossed in olive oil and lemon juice. Crew or local fishermen can supply  fresh seafood depending on season, such as; sea bass,  bream, red mullet, octopus, calamary.
All kind of soft drinks besides local and imported drinks with an adequate quantities are included in the price.

Full Board :

Coffe & Tea times are always served with cookies, biscuits and/or traditional turkish speciality 'börek' (rolled  phylio with cheese )

1.Day
Lunch :Aubergines with minced meat, rice, fried vegetables, yoghurt, season salad fruit.
Dinner :Starters, steamed Sea Bream fish, calamar, octopus salad, dessert.

2.Day
Lunch : Mixed vegetable with kebab, potatoes, mixed salad, chocolate pudding.
Dinner : Barbeque ; Mixed grilled meat, rice, fried potatoes, salad and fruits.

3.Day
Lunch : Baked noodles, stuffed pepers with yoghurt, salad and fruit.
Dinner : Fried Sea Bass, calamari, potatoe salad dessert.

4.Day
Lunch : Spaghetti Bolognese, vegetables with olive oil, gren salad, fruits.
Dinner : Chicken Schnitzel , potatoe puree, salad and fruits.

5.Day
Lunch : Lamb meat in oven with rice, fried aubergines with yoghurt, salad fruits
Dinner : Beef steak , various mezzes, pasta, salad and dessert.

6.Day
Lunch :Chicken with mushrooms, rice, salad and fruits
Dinner : Fish soup, sea food mezzes ,fish in oven salad and dessert.
